Operation Weatherization Referrals
Weatherization can help reduce energy costs, prevent potential health problems, and help keep our neighbors on track to meet their basic needs. Folks who are in our community and living on edge, surviving paycheck-to-paycheck, unable or barely able to meet their expenses benefit from assistance with weatherization.
Since the program began, Operation Weatherization volunteers have served over 1,500 households. Thanks to a partnership with CenterPoint Energy we are able to offer referred clients a free box of do-it-yourself weatherization supplies. Volunteers will pack and deliver these supplies during the month of November.
As a referring organization we need your help identifying those families and individuals needing assistance. You must have a professional relationship with the person or family you are referring. Please use the form below to submit referrals.
Clients must reside in Delaware, Fayette, Henry, Madison, or Randolph County.
