Heart of Indiana United Way (HIUW) is thrilled to announce the opening of a new Request for Proposals (RFP) tailored to organizations serving counties within our region.
This grant cycle is part of our ongoing commitment to fostering positive change and addressing critical issues in the Heart of Indiana region as we work together with organizations to collectively better understand the problems our neighbors face, and together, come up with solutions.
The RFP encompasses funding opportunities for programs in focus areas aligned with Heart of Indiana United Way’s mission, including education, financial stability, and community resilience in the following counties: Delaware, Henry, Fayette, Madison, and Randolph. We invite proposals that demonstrate clear impact on those who work hard but have limited money, are ALICE—Asset-Limited, Income-Constrained, and Employed, and those who have been left out in the past.
Detailed information about the Request for Proposals, including eligibility criteria, application guidelines, specific focus areas, and link to apply can be found on our website at www.heartofindiana.org/rfp. Heart of Indiana United Way will also be hosting two virtual information sessions. One on Wednesday, February 14 at 10 am and the second on Thursday, February 22 at 1 pm. To register for a session please visit www.heartofindiana.org/rfp. The sign-up area is at the bottom of the page.
Heart of Indiana United Way encourages eligible organizations within the specified counties to review the RFP information thoroughly and submit their proposals by the deadline of March 15, 2024.
