Campaign Relationship Manager (Part-time/Seasonal) – Fayette County

September – December

Heart of Indiana United Way (HIUW) is seeking an individual to work part-time (10-15 hours/week) in a campaign staff position in Fayette County during the annual campaign (September through December). The Campaign Relationship Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Building relationships and engaging prospective donors and corporate partners to increase the effectiveness of the annual United Way campaign and broaden HIUW’s reach within Fayette County
• Planning, organizing, and completing employee and corporate campaigns within Fayette County
• Communicating the work and mission of Heart of Indiana United Way in Fayette County
• Regular reporting on efforts, impact and community needs to HIUW staff

The position will demonstrate the ability to be organized and flexible, identify trends, and understand HIUW impact priorities to implement work accordingly.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• An understanding of health and human service needs in the Fayette County community
• Existing strong relationships within Fayette County community
• Work independently while participating with the Resource Development team 
• High energy, results oriented
• Exceptional professionalism and ownership of organizational goals 
• Member of Fayette County Community preferred
